Unveiling the SMT Process: Making Electronics Manufacturing Smarter and More Efficient

  4. Inspection and Quality ControlAfter soldering, the board undergoes automated optical inspection (AOI) or X-ray inspection to ensure all components are properly soldered and to detect any potential defects such as missing or misaligned parts.

  5. Cleaning and PackagingOnce inspection is complete, the PCB is cleaned to remove any remaining flux and impurities. Finally, the board is packaged for the next stage of production or assembly.
