1. Blank PCB QC Inspection
   Initial inspection of blank PCBs to ensure they meet required specifications.

2. Components QC Inspection
   Inspecting all incoming components for quality and accuracy.

3. Develop SMT Mounting Process Documents
   Creating detailed SMT process documents to maintain consistency and precision.

4. SMD Components Mounting of First Batch Samples
   Mounting the first batch of SMD components to set benchmarks and make necessary adjustments.

5. QC Inspection
   Conducting QC inspections post-SMD mounting to identify any early issues.

6. Reflow Soldering
   Performing reflow soldering to establish strong electrical connections.

7. Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
   Automated inspection for defects such as misaligned components and solder bridges.

8. Soldering DIP Type Components on the Board
   Soldering DIP components that cannot be surface-mounted.

9. QC Inspection
   Secondary QC inspection to ensure the integrity of the assembly.

10. Power Function Testing
    Verifying functionality through power function testing.

11. Repair/Rework (If Necessary)
    Addressing and correcting issues identified during testing.

12. Sending Testing Videos or Samples for Approval
    Providing testing videos or samples to customers for approval.

13. Remaining Mass Quantity Production
    Proceeding with mass production following stringent quality control procedures.

14. Firmware and Function Testing

15. Final Quality Assurance (FQA) Inspection and Packaging
